   Definitivamente a MORTE chegou a ilustres senhores como Chico Mendes. Mais do que a amargar a perda da vida deste  digníssimo cidadão, o Brasil de hoje abandona a luta e os ideias de ícones que derramaram seu sangue para defender um mundo justo. Hoje os heróis de verdade estão ofuscados pelo brilho das sensações fictícias e nada inspiradoras da televisão, ofusque este que deixa o povo despreocupado com o próprio meio que vive e seu futuro. No Brasil temos a tal Bancada Ruralista no governo, a qual representa os interesses dos senhores do Capital em oposição ao bem estar de toda a nação. Tais bandidos caminham como reis pelas terra tupiniquins exigindo seu respeito comprado pelo dinheiro e não por atos de honraria, como deveria ser esta moeda de troca.
   Chico Mendes chora, com absoluta certeza. Chora ao ver seus ideais apodrecerem em uma sociedade que idolatra o lucro  monetário acima da vida, seja a vida do próximo ou a própria vida do cobiçador que irá, mais cedo ou mais tarde, perecer como todos no deserto ermo que nosso país se configura. Cabe ao povo combater o mal e derrubar ditadores, a esse mesmo povo babaca que deposita toda sua atenção ao mais novo programa televisionado de entretenimento e entrave cerebral.
   Hoje precede a afirmativa ao se tratar na nação do outrora verde e amarelo, que somos um coletivo em sua maioria  de deficientes mentais que enterram seus poucos heróis e elegem seus algozes como representantes de seu modo de vida demente e pervertido.

Esta Caricatura foi feita especialmente para o IV Salão de Humor da Amazônia, mas infelizmente não foi aceita no certame deste ano. espero que quem a veja a aprecie, pois me demorei algumas semanas de trabalho nesta pintura tentando realizar algo que honrasse a memoria de CHICO MENDES.
